The constitution of the management of School of Law shall be as under :
- Chairman of HIMCAPES
- Vice —Chairman of HIMCAPES
- Honorary Secretary of HIMCAPES
- Principal of the School of Law
- Two representatives of the teaching staff of the School of Law
- One representative of the non-teaching employees of the School of Law
- One representative of the Director of Education not below the rank of the principal;
- Two nominees of the Himachal Pradesh University to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor of HPU;
- One Government officer of the region concerned not below the rank of Sub-Divisional Magistrate;
- Local member of the Legislative Assembly, H.P. of the area concerned;
- One representative of the person who has donated a sum of Rs. 25000/- or above;
- President of the Student Central Association of the School of Law, if any.
