Scheme
(A) B.A. LL.B (Hons.) five years integrated degree course shall have papers spreading over ten semesters. Each paper carries 100 marks, out of which 50 marks are assigned for theory paper and the remaining 50 marks are allocated for internal assessment i.e. mid-semester examination, home assignments, conduct/ discipline, Moot Court presentation and attendance.
(B) LL.B. three years degree course shall have papers spreading over six semesters. Each paper carries 100 marks, out of which 80 marks are assigned for theory paper and remaining 20 marks for internal assessment.
Duration
The duration of the B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Course shall be five years and three year in case of LL.B.
